Spiral Monkey Marketing developed a custom smart form to serve as the anchor for a programmatic marketing strategy that blends both traditional and digital channels. The smart form developed recognizes the channel a lead came through, and assigns the customer a project manager based on various factors. The form pushes all data into Carroll Bradford’s custom CRM/project management application automatically notifying and scheduling a project manager to a new estimate request. Spiral Monkey Marketing refreshed the company’s overall branding and created a 22-touch point advertising strategy that leverages social media management, pay-per-click, email automation, retargeting, SMS marketing, display advertising, affinity based targeting, and so much more.
