Orlando Home Genie was thought up by the Spiral Monkey team and Marilda Peele. Marilda Peele wanted to separate her Realtor business from her New Home Construction Realtor business allowing us to better target users who were in market for a new construction home in various areas vs. pre-owned homes. Spiral Monkey built the Orlando Home Genie from the ground up from name, to color palette, to logo design, website design, marketing funnel, and much more. Segmenting New Home Construction buyers vs. Pre-Owned was no easy task – but through affinities, behaviors, demographics, and more, Spiral Monkey was able to successfully segment the audience and work them into a high-converting funnel. The brand is continually being developed through organic social media channels in which Spiral Monkey manages daily from content development to in-market and network engagement.
