Freight Updates is a TMS (transportation management system) specific to brokers in the auto industry and has recently expanded its platform to serve shipping fleets. Spiral Monkey Marketing revamped the Freight Updates brand guide with an updated logo and refreshed color palette. Spiral Monkey was tasked with putting the new brand guide to work in a refreshed website custom developed on a WordPress CMS with UX at the forefront of focus. Targeting auto brokers in need of a TMS isn’t an easy task, but Spiral Monkey rose to the challenge and was able to develop a comprehensive behavioral and retargeting campaign to capture the attention of decision makers and dispatch managers who might be in-market for a new tool to manage loads. Marketing for Saas products similar to Freight Updates involves a high level strategy that leverages organic and paid channels to generate new sign ups and increase the overall LTV (lifetime value) of the customer.
